No. You must be a Citizen of the United States or a Permanent Resident Alien and must currently reside in this country.

You must 21 or older.

The total fee for the License is 112.00. It consist of 2 fees:

1. License fee of 70.00

2. Fingerprint processing fee 42.00

This does not include any class fees required for the license.

The class is about 3 hours. A lot depends on the students in the class. If a lot of students are new to firearms it may take longer.

Yes there is live fire in this class. We do supply the firearm.

Once the Division of Licensing has your complete application, it will take about 90 days for the Division to process it and notify you of the outcome. Processing may take longer than 90 days if additional information regarding criminal records must be obtained.
